Emergent Principles around scaled agile Transformation

Many frameworks and philosophies (SAFe®, ITIL, Agile, etc. include a section on principles.

While we agree with all of those principles, we will not regurgitate them here.

In this section, we describe additional (emergent) principles (meaning we have developed them ourselves) which we apply in our designs and thought processes.

Contextual mobility

Focusing on building teams with the necessary mobility to move between projects (contexts) to fulfil the dynamic collaboration needs of the organization.

Minimum Necessary Alignment

Recognizing that alignment is essential for any enterprise but always applying only what alignment is necessary across the organization, thus enabling maximum autonomy.
