LPM Workshop - Strategic implementation
Set-up and structure of Lean Portfolio management - with a focus on the strategic aspects of portrfolio Management.
Description
The aim of the workshop is to help participants deepen and solidify their understanding of the relationships between portfolio management as seen as a dimension in the organization and lean portfolio management (LPM) as a level in SAFe.
Participants will work out how these relationships can be projected onto their own company's needs. They will receive an overview of the principle methods used in the focus areas of LPM and what can be achieved with the methods. Additionally, they will identify which aspects of LPM should meaningfully be implemented in their own company and create and define a list of initial activities.
When and where to use
The workshop is suitable both as a basis for initiating Lean Portfolio Management for the first time and for supporting implementations that have already begun or for further improving established implementations. The focus of the workshop can be adapted accordingly. This workshop has a stronger focus on the strategics aspects of Lean Portfolio managament.
