Founded in February 2024 by Manfred Becking and Richard Butler, Rimagin seeks to fill the gap between the promises of scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LESS, S@S etc and the reality faced by organizations as they try to succeed in their agile transformations.

Both of us were centrally involved in the Deutsche Telekom enterprise transformation (which ran at full steam from about 2018 to 2022) and in which over eight thousand people changed to agile wiorking in less than 2 years.

With hands-on experience of the good (and also not-so-good) parts of large scale transformations (covering areas such as value streams, agile organizational structures, training academies and systemic approaches) we developed our mission to help organizations achieve a sustainably successful agile transformation fit for purpose.

We believe that every transformation is unique and that standard frameworks such as SAFe, need to be adapted and selectively used to match unique organizational needs. In this way can the DNA of an organization be changed.

We believe in sharing pragmatic insights and experiences to evolve the knowledge base around large scale agile transformations - particularly those based on SAFe.

With the help of industry experts, we have developed our own guide (the "OIC model") to help us help you in your agile transformation.

We provide consulting & coaching, workshops, assessments and training around all aspects of enterprise agility.

We are certified agile experts with paricular experience in SAFe.

We observe common patterns in successful transformations which we have consolidated into our company concept, the OIC© Model and we leverage this experience in our work.
