The workshop is a two-day in-person workshop designed for a maximum of sixteen people. It can be run in German or English.

Preparation Phase

Building Consensus: Collaboratively create a high-level VS-Capability Map that aligns your teams and lays the groundwork for optimization.

Module 3: Leveraging the Results for Organizational Success

Adding Dynamics to the Map: Explore how value streams evolve over time and how to adjust them dynamically.
Strategic and Operational Uses: Learn how to use the VS-Capability Map to optimize governance, streamline strategy execution, and support operational decision-making.
