Jörg is the co-author of the book Leading in the Age of AI and a certified AI Native Trainer. Together with Richard Butler and Manfred Becking, he developed specialized AI training programs for executives that combine the practical application of artificial intelligence with modern leadership and organizational development.

Building on over 25 years of leadership experience at Deutsche Telekom, Jörg supports companies in profound transformation phases. His professional career is characterized by extensive reorganizations and strategic realignments, always focusing on the active involvement of employees, transparency, and sustainable change capabilities. In various leadership roles, he was responsible for agile transformations, the development of new business models, and the introduction of modern management approaches such as Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) and Lean Portfolio Management.

Jörg engaged with artificial intelligence early on and gained practical experience in projects involving machine learning and rule-based systems. Today, his focus is on conveying AI not as an isolated technology, but as an integral part of leadership, decision-making, and value creation.

As an experienced SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC 6.0), Jörg possesses proven expertise in change and transformation management as well as in the design of organizational and process structures. A particular focus of his work is on effective collaboration between business and IT in complex large organizations, including in transformation contexts at companies such as Telekom AG and Porsche AG.

His service portfolio includes the management of complex product and IT projects with a consistent end-to-end perspective – from strategic conception and portfolio and value stream design to successful operational implementation. Current priorities include the development of lean, AI-supported portfolio management approaches, the identification and management of value streams in complex organizations, and the sustainable anchoring of OKRs and clear prioritization mechanisms in the implementation of corporate strategy. In his training courses and consulting assignments, Jörg combines technological AI expertise with many years of leadership experience, thus creating a solid foundation for effective, future-proof leadership in the age of artificial intelligence.
