Jörg is a co-author of the book *Leading in the Age of AI* and a certified AI-Native Trainer. Together with Richard Butler and Manfred Becking, he developed specialized AI training programs for executives that combine the practical application of artificial intelligence with modern leadership and organizational development.

Drawing on over 25 years of leadership experience at Deutsche Telekom, Jörg guides companies through transformations and strategic changes. His areas of focus include organizational development, the implementation of modern management approaches—such as OKRs and Lean Portfolio Management—and fostering successful collaboration between business and IT within complex organizations.

Jörg engaged with artificial intelligence early on, gaining practical experience with machine learning and rule-based systems. Today, he helps companies establish AI not merely as an isolated technology, but as an integral component of leadership, decision-making, and value creation.

He combines his extensive experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), agile transformation management, and the design of organizational and process structures with deep AI expertise. Through training sessions and consulting engagements, he imparts practical approaches that enable leaders and organizations to harness the potential of AI responsibly and effectively for sustainable value creation.
