Manfred is a SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC 6.0) and Agile Transformation Manager. Coming from various IT project, program and line functions, he focused increasingly on organizational and process design particularly on the collaboration between business and IT in large enterprises.

He guides various organizations on their transformation journeys on many levels as coach and trainer.
