Manfred is a SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC 6.0) and agile transformation expert. With thirty years of experience in various IT project, program and line functions, he increasingly focused on organizational and process design.

As a consultant, coach and trainer, he played a key role in the agile transformation of Deutsche Telekom IT, both in its design and practically in the implementation units.

His expertise spans all levels of adaptive organizations, with a particular focus on the portfolio level and collaboration between business and IT in large companies.

As co-creator of the German-speaking DACH-SAFe-Treff Group with members from many DAX companies, he accompanies various organizations on their transformation journeys.
