Richard Butler is Enterprise organizational consultant and author working at Rimagin GmbH. He works as mentor, coach & trainer and supports individuals, teams and companies to enhance their flexible working practices. His book "Leading in the Age of AI" is slated for release in January 2026.

His current areas of interest include value streams in complex organizations, increasing adaptability in organizations, systemic approaches to business agility helping teams and organizations to leverage AI effectively.

He is the co-founder of the DACH-SAFe-Treff Group with members from many DAX-30 organizations including Siemens, Bosch, Daimler, RuV and more.
