Richard Butler is an enterprise agile coach, thought leader and SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC 6.0) at Rimagin GmbH. He works as mentor, coach & trainer and supports individuals, teams and businesses in their agile transformations. He is renowned as a senior expert in scaled agility.

Among others, his current areas of interest are value streams in complex organizations, enterprise organization meta-transformation methods, systemic approaches in enterprise agility and leveraging AI in training and coaching.

He is the founder of the DACH-SAFe-Treff Group.
