AI Change Master

AI Change Master

This The AI Change Master training builds on the previous two trainings AI Kickstart for leaders and AI Change Leader. It is an advanced, reflective forum for experienced leaders to tackle the "shades of grey" in AI transformation. Participants will share real-world implementation experiences, deal with complex ethical dilemmas, and explore the "quirky" psychological impacts of AI — such as displacement anxiety, the erosion of human judgment or hybrid teaming.

What you gain

Deepened reflective judgment, strategies for maintaining and optimzing the Eight capabilities of a GenAI Savvy organization and ones own AI-Leadership expertise. The ability to lead hybrid teams where machines act as collaborative partners

Goals

• Facilitate high-level peer exchange on AI implementation successes and failures.

• Navigate the difficult transition from human augmentation to displacement.

• Address emerging risks like AI-driven health concerns and psychological safety.

• Design "Human-in-the-Loop" systems that protect creativity and ethical integrity.
