AI Kickstart for Leaders

This foundational module moves beyond the technical hype to focus on the cultural and leadership shift required in the age of Generative AI. Participants will identify the core organizational challenges of AI adoption and learn the CLEAR framework to redefine their role from a manual taskmaster to a strategic "co-thinker."

• Session 1 (4 hours):AI Primer for Leaders; Understanding key concepts of AI; Deep dive into the 9 Organizational Challenges (Bias, Hallucinations, Value Contribution, etc.); Initial prompting for reflection.

• Session 2 (4 hours):The Role of the Leader in an AI-Augmented World; introduction to the CLEAR framework for personal AI leadership development; Strategic thinking exercises with AI; Action Plan & Next steps.
