Flexible Release Trains

In this video, we present the concept of flexible ARTs (Agile Release Trains based on the SAFe Model). We use a capability model to decouple the business requirements from the hard application mapping making reorganizing around value easier.

This is based on our successful experience of implementing the model at Deutsche Telekom.
