Using the TERA-LENS framework and hands-on templates, participants will learn how to design scalable AI platforms, govern data effectively, and build the eight core capabilities of a future-ready organization.

• Session 1 (4 hours):Introduction to TERA-LENS (Trial, Explore, Reflect, Apply); Finding the "Sweet Spot" (Desirability, Feasibility, Viability); Utilizing the GenAI Value Canvas.
• Session 2 (4 hours):The 8 Capabilities of a GenAI-Savvy Organization; Establishing Data Governance; Using the Platform Selection Checklist to avoid vendor lock-in.
• Session 3 (4 hours):Measuring the "Triple Bottom Line" (ROI, Return on Employee, Return on Future); Practical simulation using organizational templates; Scaling successful pilots.
