Our goals are to equip you with foundational knowledge, strategic insights, and practical frameworks for leading where humans and intelligent systems think side by side. You will learn to harness AI to augment decision-making, optimize workflows, and lead augmented teams. Effectively integrate AI, ensuring ethical adoption while preserving human judgment. This two-day training can also be divided into four half-day sessions. It is offered remotely or in person in English and German for up to 16 participants.

    with AI and address emotional impacts like fear of replacement.

Module 3: AI and Your Organization

  • Strategic AI Integration: Discusses aligning AI with business goals,
    talent development, and establishing governance frameworks.

  • Ethical Implementation: Emphasizes fairness, bias mitigation, and
     addressing employee concerns during AI adoption.

Module 4: Leading into the Future with AI

  • AI Agents and Team Evolution: Explores autonomous task execution
    and reimagining team structures with AI integration.
