In this workshop, we look at the broad steps required to transform to an adaptive organization.
The workshop can be used at local or enterprise-wide level.

We look at if and why a transformation is required, and to what extent. Further we consider the steps to move incrementally towards a target state and how learning cycles can be introduced to make the transformation process itself adaptive. Strategies for where to start a transformation, how to get buy-in and how to accelerate while limiting unnecessary disruption are addressed.
