Unleashing the power of LPM
Beschreibung und Ziel
The aim of the workshop is to identify with the participants potential for improvement and suitable measures that can be applied in their LPM implementation. As a basis for this, the methods and the underlying ideas of the interaction between Lean Portfolio Management and implementation units such as ART or Large Solution (LS) are demonstrated. Particular emphasis is placed on working out the actual meaning and purpose of the SAFe procedures used and finding ways in which the desired results of these methods can be achieved in one's own environment.
Unter welchen Bedingung geeignet
The workshop is very well suited for reflecting on existing LPM implementations, especially SAFe implementations, and to adapting the introduced methods and procedures so that the underlying potential can be fully utilized.
The workshop can also be used to provide orientation during an initial implementation in order to set up the core elements in the interaction between LPM and implementation units as efficiently as possible from the outset.
